K: Editing process

The editing process has shown to be very complex and so we have adopted an appropriate approach to sorting, cutting and editing our large amounts of footage. This process entails the following:

1. Getting all the media from our camcorder and data disk, sorting through which files and footage we wish to use and dragging them onto the time line.
2. Checking the order, cutting and time stretch/compressing
3. Dragging clips together and matching them with the soundtrack and repeating.

I think the process of dragging all the footage in the time line allows us to easily access the footage and display it all so we can appropriately choose, so some is not forgotten about, this also allows us to delete and cut clips easily.
